Gidus Solutions LLC was founded in 2012 providing tax planning and preparation and accounting services. We have expanded to include Strategic Advisory and Consulting, and Organizational and People Development. 

Our founder and CEO is George I. Jones, MBA, MAFM. He has 30 years of business and nonprofit experience vein Accounting, Finance  and Operations. He also has 15 years of experience as an adjunct undergraduate and graduate-level professor teaching courses in organizational behavior, leadership and change management.
