Service 1 – Strategic Guidance

1) Summary of Service

We will help your company and nonprofit organization to see, to build and to produce long-term success. We use data analytics, evidence-based research and consultant’s real-world experiences to find root causes of pain points and the necessary solutions, or to identify and validate business growth opportunities. We work to put the pieces to the business puzzle together, so you have an executable and sustainable plan that guides the entire organization or a department.

2) Service Deliverables to Client

Deliverable 1

Analytics Report that reveals the pain points affecting performance, causes of those pain points and potential strategies to fix the enterprise, single business line or department. We also seek to identify or verify business growth opportunities and potential strategies to capitalize.

Deliverable 2

Architectural Design that layouts the system, mechanisms, and resources through which new or refined goals are achieved to improve the performance or to capitalize on opportunities over a multi-year period.

3) General Price Point for Service

Each deliverable is available to businesses and nonprofit organizations at $125 per hour or fixed-fee pricing for comprehensive engagements.

Service 2 – Project Management

1) Summary of Service

It is not uncommon for companies and nonprofit organizations to lack internal short-term resources to integrate or to manage a new business idea, program or technical solution. We can assist by providing project management services and support. We can manage any stage of a project utilizing industry best practices based on PMBOK, and (to be frank) some creative business artistry when needed. We work with customers to design and to execute project programs ensuring maximum results with the optimum level of resources.

2) Service Deliverables to Client

Deliverable 1

Project plan that lays out and articulates executable project goals, milestones, action steps resources. This plan is prepared collaboratively from key stakeholders and approval from our customer.

Deliverable 2

Project Execution that includes Gidus management, co-management and support resources for the actionable steps and resource management to bring the plan to life in the most effective manner. We deploy resources based upon customer need.

Deliverable 3

Status updates and closeout report that shows progress of the project. Status updates are provided at various iterations as agreed upon by our customer. Once the project is complete, we provide a closeout report.

Service 3 – Leadership Development

1) Summary of Service

We view leadership development not only as a hierarchal and position-based exercise, but also as expansion of the influence and contribution of all employees on the success of the business or nonprofit organization. We help to improve general and broad-based skills as well as specific technical skills needed to do a job or work assignment.  We bring the most relevant theory and concepts along with customer culture and expectations to produce high quality online, in-person or blended learning apparatus. We can support regular full-time employees or short-term, temporary staff.

There are countless choices for leadership development that customers have at their disposal. Our approach is to design and to implement learning programs that are relevant to each customer’s individual needs and business culture…we avoid cookie-cutter approaches and solutions while maintaining high quality effectiveness and efficiency.

2) Service Deliverables to Client

Deliverable 1

A learning plan proposal that layouts what, why and how we will serve our customer. This is based on stakeholder input, data analysis and other information gathering.

Deliverable 2

Design and execution of learning program based upon the customer approved learning plan

Deliverable 3

Assessment of learning program outcomes based upon data collection of student/participant performance and feedback from student and customer.
